How long does it take to receive confirmation?

You can expect to hear back from us within 72 hours. We personally review each request to ensure the best possible experience for every guest.

What if I need a faster response?

If your request is time-sensitive, we recommend calling us directly during our open hours. We’re available Wednesday through Saturday, 5 PM to 10 PM, at (907) 696-3311.

Can I update or cancel my request?
